We’re looking for a highly organised, sharp, and adaptable Podcast Operations Assistant to support The Gstaad Guy Podcast.

This role is ideal for a true polyhyphenate, someone who enjoys juggling production, operations, creative input, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff while also supporting podcast production. You’ll gain rare exposure to how a fast-growing creator-led business operates behind the scenes.
